No, Vynn Life a 100% smoke-free fleet in the US , and any type of smoking (pipe, cigarette, cigar) is prohibited in all our vehicles.

We will charge an extra cleaning fee to the renter if a returned vehicle requires special cleaning to remove any evidence of smoking.

To book a car with us, you must create a Vynn Life account, be 18 years old or older in the US, 21 years old. When you’re booking your first trip, you’ll go through a quick approval process by entering your driver’s license and some other information. In most cases, you’ll get approved immediately, and you’ll be set for all future road trips, day trips, and business trips!

Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you book on Vynn Life, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever booked the car) can add additional drivers with no fees or additional charges. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers; Vynn Life hosts cannot do it for you.

If there’s an emergency or an issue with the car, call our emergency roadside assistance provider, available 24/7. We’ll make sure you’re safe, then help you get back on your way.

Yes, we offer delivery to travel hubs like airports, train stations, and hotels, or to custom delivery locations. We do have a delivery fee of $120.


You’re responsible for returning the car with the same amount of gas or electric charge it had when you picked it up. If you booked a trip in a hybrid vehicle, remember to replace both the fuel and electric charge to the pre-trip levels. To document that you’ve replaced the fuel, take and upload to Trip photos the photos listed below. We’ll reference them in case of a dispute with your host.

 If a problem with your vehicle arises during your Vynn Life rental, don’t worry. Contact us directly so we can help you get back on the road.

If you realize that you have left something in your rental vehicle, please email to file a Lost Item report for the item left in your returned your vehicle.
